The fairly young Alliana Brell has long since abandoned her family, keeping a belief that she only needs herself and no one else. It was due to seperate opinions that her family became divided, but this would set her down a path to where she could end up joining the Empire. She is a generally persistent person and doesn't have many of her own belongings. Still she has a unique gift of following her gut feelings with what to do and say that proves to be often quite handy and definately reliable.

Personality

Allie comes through as a very determined girl who is always out to prove herself and will do practically anything to achieve the goals she sets for herself. With a fierce nature taking hold of her personality quite drastically, she doesn’t like competition and will do practically anything to eliminate it. To her other people’s opinions of her don’t really matter, she is self sufficent and can adapt to being on her own quite easily. Everything she does she generally does so with the thought of being the only one capable of taking care of herself and rarely ever relies on anyone else. This can make her appear quite full of herself and quite rude, but such is her nature and she never regrets it.

Still Allie can enjoy a joke and doesn’t mind occasionally adding one of her own, sometimes to even lighten the mood. Her personality doesn’t deny her the ability to laugh or enjoy life, and that is one thing she definitely seeks to do as enjoying life was always her main goal. Making the most out of her life, and her skills, she wants to prove herself a valuable asset to anything she signs up for. The desire to be an Imperial and work for the Empire has always made her strive for excelency and she never liked to come through as second best. This makes her competitive nature extremely high but it also makes her a good and loyal recruit.

When it comes to personal things she is a very tight lipped girl, as she has simply dismissed her family. Still they are a very touchy topic in her mind and anyone who enquires about them generally gets a cold shoulder effect from Allie. Independent to the core she knows she has proven herself by surviving without a family behind her and supports herself without any need of encouragement. This has proven to make her quite resilient and always ready to handle a new situation.

Still young she does make mistakes and has a fair few flaws. She is only in her mid-teen years so she is not highly intelligent or overly mature, she simply follows her gut a lot. Her gut or instincts, whatever people call it, are her main asset and she will follow them with dedication. Sometimes she appears smart by her choices of words and movements, but really she finds that her instincts kick in and she can do or say a many variety of things, most of the time thinking back to it later to piece together her own words or actions.

History

Childhood

Born on the planet of Onderon to a family that had plenty of it’s own wealth, she was the second and last child, with only one other sibling her elder sister. Because of the wealth the family had she was given a good childhood, sent to the best school in Iziz where she became dedicated in study, generally of political things and military things. It was always a fascination to her about the way things ran throughout the galaxy, and how the military did what it did so effectively. Subtle talking in an early grade about politics and the military would see to her studying this subject outside of her schooling as well, developing a curiousity that unsettled her parents.

Unlike her sister, Melani, Allie did not have a passion for art and other things that her parents considered normal. Often her parents would catch her reading up on the military mostly, and sometimes politics, this would worry them to the point where they started sending her to her room and disciplining her. She could never really understand her parents, it was always so confusing to her, why they supported Melani’s interests while not supporting hers. Really she could find no difference between her passion for knowledge regarding politics and the military, and her sister’s passion for art and the beings around them. This was the start of the family dividing, where Allie began to feel isolated and cut off from her own family.

By the time she was 12 years old Allie had become quite cut off from her parents. She had started her teenage attitude of rebelling premature. Luckily for her she found some other children around her age who also had the same interests. Most of them were a couple of years older then her, but that didn’t matter, they would often meet up whenever they could escape their parents and go through all sorts of military things mostly, looking at past actions of the military and how it was co-ordinated. It was a dream come true for Allie to find others to talk and discuss it all with and she never felt like she could be anymore at home. It started becoming more of a task to be the daughter of her parents, while she was more of a family with the others who shared her interests.

Teen Years

It took a while for her parents to find out about the secret meetings, and why she continued to disappear but by the age of 14 years she was simply getting lectures and often kept locked up in her room so she couldn’t get out to see her friends. However it didn’t take her friends long to figure out something had happened and they came looking. Helping her escape her room she left a note for her parents saying she was going, that she no long thought of them as her parents and that she no longer wanted to hear from them or even think of them. This would be the end of her relationship with her parents and elder sister. She became an isolated sort of girl who only trusted a small few because of the interests they all had. No longer were her parents going to be a part of her life, of that she was certain.

The group she hung out with did not go unnoticed for much longer, by the time she was 15 years old they were able to get a ride off Onderon and started to see the different worlds of the galaxy as a group. It was amazing for them to see all the different worlds and it certainly intrigued them all, no longer was everything just stories, there were now worlds and pictures in their minds that went with it all. And then things started to change in the politics of the world, at first Allie didn’t notice much of anything but eventually it was hard to miss, the whole galaxy saw it basically, the rise of the Empire. This was a startling thing for a lot of people she was certain, but to her it seemed like a dream come true. In all the commotion that followed in the next few months she lost those she had been with, as most had split off their own separate ways.

For a while she was left with wondering what to do with herself, but the Empire was by far a drawing interest of hers. Eventually she decided that she no longer wanted to simply be someone standing around in the galaxy watching things go past her, she wanted some sort of involvement and so she made her decision, to join the Empire and become an Imperial. Though she wasn’t too sure what exactly she wanted to do within the Empire she decided that eventually she would, for now though she has signed up as a new recruit and will start her training as an Imperial.

Imperial Academy Training

When she first made her interest known to become a part of the Imperial military she had no idea of where she might be placed, leaving it up to those who were in charge of recruitement to decide for her. However she did encounter some Navy officers and decided that it would be the best path for her. It was only the next day that she enrolled in the Academy as a Navy Cadet and began her training. This would be the biggest step she had ever taken since her decision to seperate from her family, and she hasn't looked back since.

In training Allie finds herself particularly competitive and doesn't like to come out second best, therefore she will try hard and practice even in her free time. She studies hard and practices hard in her hopes to be noticed and granted particular notice. While she has yet to be particularly rewarded for all her hard work, she knows that in the long run it will see her through her training and eventually get her a good position in the Navy fleet.

Allie's main course of study revolves around Helm operation and Navigation. She finds she has a particular enjoyment with these two and therefore her main focus is of course in those two areas, still she is very rounded in most other aspects.

Possessions

She doesn’t have many of her own possessions, only the clothes she wears, a gold locket on a necklace she wears and a blaster that was handed to her by one of those who had been in the group with her, though her use of the weapon is minimal so she isn’t too great a shot.

The locket is a family heirloom that she had been given when she was just 8 years old. Passed to her by her grandmother shortly before the old woman's death, it is the only thing that links her to her family. No matter what this is one of Allie's most prized possessions, as it was a gift from her favourite family member, the only one she was proud to call family.
