[b]Name:[/b] Please provide us with a name by which you wish to be referred. It is permissible to be a nickname, your real name [first only please], a nom de plume, or any other moniker by which you can be called.

[b]Contact:[/b] A simple instant messenger [AIM, MSN, Yahoo, Skype, or other various web based messenger] or an email account that you would like to receive communique from your fellow Evolutionaries.

[b]RP experience:[/b] Quite simply, how many years have you been at the RP game? Additionally, please list the names, and length of stay at any Star Wars based RPGs.

[b]Method of Discovery:[/b] By what means did you come to SWE? Were you referred by a friend or member? Did you find us on a search engine or Top list. Please be specific. Only include this if you are a new member and not an existing or returning one.

[center][b]Character Information[/b][/center]

[b]Character Name:[/b] Please list a first and last name, assuming the species dictates both.

[b]Titles and or Nicknames:[/b] Any name other than their given name by which they might be referred. This would include titles such as Senator, Master, Captain, or General as well as any sort of alias the character might use regularly.

[b]Affiliation[/b] Name the faction which your character will be a part of, Rebellion, Imperial, or Unaffiliated.

[b]Age:[/b] To alleviate confusion, a number will suffice here. If they were born 29 years ago, then make them 29.

[b]Relatives:[/b] A sibling, the parents, grandparents, and other relations would be listed here if they are to be a regular interaction with the character. The second cousin whom you will never speak with is of no relevance here unless they had a major impact on the characters life at some point.

[b]Overall Appearance:[/b] Please describe the characters physical appearance in some detail. Height, weight, hair color, eye color and type of attire are but a few of the descriptors that would be expounded in this segment. Be as detailed as possible, including scars, tattoos, or other potential specific identifiers as are known.

[b]Character Avatar:[/b]List the name of the actor, actress, celebrity at large, or alien creature you are using as your visual representation here at SWE.

[b]Personality:[/b] This category would see as many character traits as are relevant on a regular basis to the character. Likes, dislikes, quirks, fears, strengths and weaknesses, and general demeanor would be found here. This needs to be no less than two paragraphs, barring unique circumstance.

[b]History:[/b] The history of your character should take them from birth to their present situation. While it's not required to detail an uneventful childhood, it is imperative that the overall description be specific enough for events that were critical to the shaping of the characters life.

Additionally, please discuss the impact the change in the government from the Republic to the Empire might have had on the character.

More specifically this entire section should be a minimum of five [5] paragraphs of detailed text.

[b]NPC:[/b] Please list any NPCs you might use here. This might include a droid with it's own personality, or a pilot on your ship.

[b]Possessions:[/b] A brief overview of the items the character owns. Weapons, specialized gear or clothing, a home, and ships are some of the possibilities. Please note that if your character has a ship, it will be heavily scrutinized to be sure a character of your position in life would be party to such a vessel. Likewise, weaponry that is military grade and unlikely to be easily available will not be permitted. In other words, keep it all quite logical.

[b]Role Play Sample:[/b] This is an opportunity to sway any Commissioners who might be on the fence concerning your application. Since we are a selective community, simply posting does not guarantee your acceptance, but your well crafted sample post might well help ensure your acceptance. This is preferred to be using the character you are applying with, though it is not mandatory. It is mandatory that you post the sample here and do not link to a sample on another board.
