Known Information

Bismarc Mujari is a self-described work-a-holic. He has dedicated his life to engineering and inventing, a dedication that helped him rise within the ranks at Sienar Technologies to the office of CEO. Though his pioneering new technological advances and revolutionary designs the company surpassed much of its competition to become one of the foremost ship technology companies in the Universe. Among their many popular ship designs are the TIE fighters, and there are several upcoming projects that are expected to be huge sellers, especially with the Empire’s battle on dissenting planets.

Even though Bismarc Mujari is the Chief Executive Officer of Sienar Systems, he continues to be hands on and highly protective of design plans. Very few people at Sienar ever see the finished plans for any one design. The crafters of the individual parts only receive the plans relevant to them, the plans for the specific parts they work on.

In addition to the ship designs and technologies that Bismarc works on he also has a private collection of designs and developing technologies. Much of the plans are kept in his personal memory. He has a good mind for numbers, and for designs, for patterns and money. He is a good businessman and inventor, but he has little patience to develop in depth personal relationships outside of his closest allies at work, and the top level executives he has good business relationships with. He keeps little company and prefers to be alone. His offices are expansive, with wide open spaces beyond locked doors meant only for him and his work, in cold colors of dark blues, blacks, and metals.

Bismarc receives a high salary which he sets for himself, but all the workers at Sienar Technologies are well taken care of, the Janitors receiving a wage higher than that of other people in their profession at various institutions. He believes that you should be paid based on the work that is put in. Most of the profits go back into the company, to fuel the fires of innovation. Bismarc keeps tabs on the numbers that the company is doing, and the amount of money being spent by the various departments. He has an accountant, though he will never fully trust him. A previous accountant tried to embezzle funds from the company. He was fired and had lost both of his arms in a mysterious accident. No evidence was found.
