Personality:
Khat is generally a quiet and withheld person. It takes a bit of time for her to warm up to someone, and only then will she be miss-talkative. Very rarely and only with instinctive urges would she approach somebody. She is uncomfortable at most times, since she is persecuted and frowned down upon for being lesbian.
Belongings:
A flachette pistol made by Arenos Arms, a private ordanance company that makes projectile weapons and old fashioned explosives. Khat usually wears a utility or tool belt that holds common tools such as hydro-spanner.
History:
Khatana Anarki, serial number T-990429, appears to be a young mechanic formerly-assigned to shipboard engineering aboard a warship named the “Guilty Gear”. Able Crewman Anarki was assigned to maintaining and servicing all small craft aboard the “Guilty Gear”, as well as maintaining all systems aboard the ship. Her inexperience and lack of training was demonstrated through repeated system overloads and power distribution issues. This was not due to complete incompetence as she was the youngest crewmember, at 15 going on 16.
As an Engineer, she was assigned alongside Petty Officer Gilina Red, with whom she had developed a close friendship. She had also formed friendships with other engineers aboard the vessel, sharing off-duty activities, such as regular card games, bouts, and sport activities: all of which have helped her integrate into shipboard life and be accepted as a member of the crew.
Following her arrival on-board the Guilty Gear, she entered into a relationship with the ship's Chief Petty Officer, Garand Scott, 32. Whether this is unintentional, or a cover for her true desires is not even known to her.
Isolated from Scott following an insurgency, he ended their relationship following the arrest of Petty Officer Red and facing Scott's own suspicions concerning her activities immediately before the insurgency. Khat finds herself emotionally isolated and stressed. Despite assurances from Doctor Konstance Tyndal that she is 'normal', Khat finds short solace in her bed rest, but not long as she faced an accusation from another source when she found the word "lesbian" written on the mirror of her locker. This startled her greatly as military service persecutes things such as homosexuality, or even non-humans, and it is a normal thing to hear about these sort of hate crimes.
Confused, scared and isolated, Khatana withdrew into herself, and attempted to take her own life, but found herself initially unable to do so. During her second attempt, she was interrupted by Doctor Tyndal who, rather than discouraging her, essentially gives her blessing on her attempt. Following the doctors departure from the bunkroom, Khat did shoot herself. However, at the last second, she twitched, and Khat only severely wounded herself in the face.
Following this, and with the Guilty Gear having dispatched the Blue Phoenix carrier in orbit, Khat shot the ships Captain, Artemis Hathor, and seriously wounded him. She was summarily restrained by guards but not for long. Her older sister and her friend came to her rescue, with forged orders that Khatana was supposed to be transfered to a penal colony.
Afterwhich, Khatana, her older sister Rain and their friend Samora fled to Naboo, but Khatana only 16, became scared and attempted to head back home, leaving Rain and Sam behind and stranded on Naboo. Khatana barely made it back home, getting lost on the way back. Upon arrival, the RAS Guile brought her craft aboard, and there she served on that ship as a deckhand. Khatana rose from Petty Officer second class, to Republic Lieutenant Junior Grade, within five years of service.
In that five years, Khatana managed to work with her mother in conspiring against a forshadowed change of government. Catherine more or less used the tactic of fear on her daughter to manipulate her into planting explosives on the Guile, in several critical locations.
Details of Death

Reason For Death: Executed by Crusaders CAG, Captain Ceres Azzameen, on the surface of Bellassa.
Description of Events Leading Up To Death:
Lieutenant Junior Grade Khatana Anarki's death is shrouded in secrecy. But suspicious events that lead to her death, have been revealed.
Beginning with five years before her death, Khatana, only 16, allegedly shot her ships captain. A reason was not given, everything had happened so fast, that the question had not been officially asked. In fact, Khatana wasn't held long enough. Two girls, a human and a twi'lek, flashed orders to take Khatana and transfer her to a penal facility on the planet Fondor. Shortly thereafter, the three girls disappeared from the sector, a trajectory, suggesting Naboo, Tattooine or Ryloth. The Republic fleet gave little effort in recovering the girls. It wasn't even a full three weeks later, that Khatana wound up on an Assault ship, under the service of Admiral Remus Wanobi(62), who used his jurisdiction to fully pardon the (then) young crewman, claiming that Khatana had supplied ample evidence that suggested that the captain was plotting an act of treason against the Republic.
Records recovered from the Guile, after the Guile's destruction over Bellassa, reveals a disturbing relationship between key officers: Admiral Remus Wanobi, Captain Rygel Azzameen, Squadron Commander: Captain Ceres Azzameen and Lieutenant Junior Grade Khatana Anarki.
Information recovered reveals that LTJG Khatana Anarki (22), was detained for unauthorized possession of heavy explosives, and suspected of planting bombs around the ship. A month or so later (the day of the battle that destroyed the ship), Khatana apparently had another lucky break with fraudelent orders. The Admirals log reveals that he discreetly issued an order to Captain Ceres Azzameen personally, to take Khatana Anarki and deliver her to the people of Bellassa. A case of equipment was also issued with Khatana's delivery which allegedly contained firearms, armor, and survival gear.
The shuttle carrying Khatana was shot out of the sky, and crashed into a body of water, which killed Lieutenant Sheridan Adama (25), the operations officer aboard the shuttle.
Investigation of the crash-site and the beachhead has not developed since the recovery of two mangled bodies, one identified as Captain Ceres Azzameen (29), and the other identified as Lieutenant Junior Grade Khatana Anarki. Due to severe skull fracturing, and a cauterized blaster wound, cause of death can be presumed blaster shot to the back of the head. Captain Azzameen's body revealed several blaster wounds, and that has been presumed the cause of death. The two survivors have not released information on the details of the death's of these two officers as of yet. The shuttle had been recovered, along with Sheridan Adama's body which was found in the locked cockpit of the shuttle. Cause of death has been confirmed as drowning, but head-trauma suggests she was knocked unconcieous upon impact.
